The Arboretum is now open for pre-booked visitors only. Bookings are made per vehicle and can only be made up to two weeks in advance.
In line with Government legislation, we ask all visitors to wear masks in all indoor spaces.
We have implemented new procedures to help keep our visitors and team members safe, including one way systems, additional cleaning regimes, amended food offer, digital chapel welcome talk and reduced daily capacity.
Our restaurant is currently offering a carry out and table service offer. If you wish to dine inside the restaurant, please book a table with our food services team on arrival.
Why not join one of our team and learn rope skills and den building, or how to use tools and create an effective fire. This full day session allows you to choose two items from the following list and spend the day surrounded by nature; Woodland Team Building, Tool Skills, Rope Skills and Den Building, Fire Skills, Knife Skills.
Only with us for part of the day, why not join us in an Act of Remembrance. Participants in these activities reflect on the key themes of Remembrance and why these rituals can be important. Groups may personalise the act with their own readings, poems and songs if they wish, and this activity is tailored for older or younger age groups.
Groups are welcome to visit the site and deliver their own activities. Visits can include self-led tours of the Arboretum and exploration of our free exhibitions, including Landscapes of Life. We kindly request that anyone wishing to do a self-led visit still informs us of their arrival beforehand, by booking your coach in using the booking form below.
