Armed Forces Memorial Closure


The Armed Forces Memorial will be closed between 10am and 1pm on Thursday 7 July for a private event. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

There are lots of ways to get involved with the National Memorial Arboretum, from volunteer roles to paid positions.


We are currently recruiting for the following positions:

Exhibition and Participation Officer

Full Time, 18 Month FTC.



As an Exhibitions and Participation Officer you will be responsible for producing exhibitions, developing learning programmes on site at the National Memorial Arboretum and offsite outreach programmes.

Kitchen Porter

Full Time


As a Kitchen Porter you will be responsible for assisting in the cleaning of all cooking and restaurant equipment, crockery, cutlery and pots and ensuring that deliveries are correctly received and that food items are stored in the correct manner.

Part Time Roles

We are also looking for part time staff to join our excellent Foodservices team.

Working in a fast paced, varied hospitality environment, you will be part of a dynamic, passionate and inspiring team of staff and volunteers. No experience necessary, and flexible hours available.
