Bookings and Cancellations
All tickets are non transferable, cannot be resold or exchanged. Tickets can only be refunded up to 14 days before the event or entry date. Tickets purchased within 14 days of the event or entry date are non refundable. For multiple bookings over several days, the cancellation period will apply from the first visit date. Postage charges and voluntary donations are non refundable.
If an event or entrance ticket is cancelled by the National Memorial Arboretum, you will be offered a refund for the full ticket value. Transaction fees, voluntary donations and any incurred postage will not be refunded. It is the responsibility of the ticket purchaser to follow the refund procedure. Failure to do so will result in a non-refundable cancellation.
Compensation or charges incurred to the ticket purchaser as a result of cancellation, changes to the event/ exhibition or as a result of bad weather, traffic congestion, cancellation of public transport and any event outside the control of the National Memorial Arboretum are not payable.
Tickets are only valid for the date and time specified. It is the responsibility of the ticket purchaser to check entry time and specific terms and conditions associated with entry into an event or exhibition.
Whilst we take good care to ensure that ticket prices displayed on the website are accurate, we cannot confirm the total price until your transaction has been completed.
The National Memorial Arboretum is a UK registered charity (1043992) and it is possible make a voluntary donation with your ticket purchase. To Gift Aid any donation that you give to us through your booking, please tick the relevant tick box. Please contact us if you wish to cancel your Gift Aid donation by emailing email@example.com. If you do not wish to make a donation, please ensure you select the ticket excluding a donation.
All transactions are completed in £ (Pound) Sterling. The prices for tickets sold on this site include VAT at the appropriate rate. Other UK taxes, where applicable, will be required to be paid at the time of purchase.
If you do not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours, it is the responsibility of the ticket purchaser to contact the National Memorial Arboretum to confirm acceptance of the booking.
Tickets ordered online can be printed at home and do not incur additional delivery charges.
Tickets which require posting will be sent second class unless otherwise stated. The National Memorial Arboretum cannot accept any responsibility for documents delayed, mislaid or lost in the post. The National Memorial Arboretum will only post tickets to the address as provided by the ticket purchaser.
The National Memorial Arboretum cannot guarantee seating unless otherwise specified.
It is the responsibility of the ticket purchaser to ensure tickets are kept safe and treated in accordance with their monetary value. Lost, stolen or damaged tickets will not be replaced free of charge by the National Memorial Arboretum.
You are advised to check your purchase details upon booking. It is the responsibility of the ticket purchaser to check contact information, dates and times of entry and payment details. Any information incorrect at time of purchase may invalidate any tickets purchased. Changes to bookings after the initial purchase may be subject to administration fees and charges.
The National Memorial Arboretum’s acceptance of your order or ticket purchase will create a legally binding contract. The National Memorial Arboretum reserves the right not to supply you, at its discretion, in which event any sums you have paid will be refunded.
The purchase of tickets in line with these terms and conditions (and any contractual or non-contractual matters arising in relation to these terms and conditions) are governed by English law and any disputes arising out of any transaction between the ticket holder and the National Memorial Arboretum are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts. By booking tickets through this website you are entering into an agreement with the National Memorial Arboretum Company Limited and its trading subsidiary NMA Enterprises Limited whose registered address is Croxall Road, Alrewas, Staffordshire, DE13 7AR.
On arrival, you may be asked to provide suitable identification if you have purchased a discounted or concession ticket. It is the responsibility of the ticket purchaser to ensure this is available. The National Memorial Arboretum retains the right to charge any differential in price should suitable identification not be presented, or you may be refused entry where applicable.

The National Memorial Arboretum reserves the right to refuse entry to ticket purchasers in breach of our standard terms and conditions of entry and the terms and conditions associated with the purchase of tickets.
Neither the National Memorial Arboretum, The Royal British Legion or any of their trustees, directors, employees or agents will be liable for any damage or loss to your personal property as a result of the ticket holder accessing a ticketed area or event.
The National Memorial Arboretum does not exclude its liability to you for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or any other liability which cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Your statutory rights are not affected.
If any part of these terms and conditions is found to be an unenforceable matter of law, all other parts of these terms and conditions are not affected and will remain in force.
The National Memorial Arboretum is fully committed to compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation and has a legal duty to protect any information we collect from you. The National Memorial Arboretum collects and uses the personal information provided to deliver the services requested.
