Through these contributions, the project honours the service and sacrifice of the Armed Forces community while shining a light on the personal stories, family connections and shared traditions that continue to shape how Remembrance is understood and carried forward across generations today.

Join us for a free creative photography workshop exploring Remembrance, through personal stories, memories, and images. Led by a professional photographer from GRAIN Projects, the workshop will explore themes of service, sacrifice, and community, with the opportunity for photographs to be considered for our Capturing Remembrance exhibition.
No photography experience is needed, simply bring a smartphone or camera with you alongside an object, old photograph or family image that represents Remembrance to you.

Displayed on a screen in Heroes' Square, a selection of photographs from across the public and community-led workshops will feature in a brand-new public exhibition.
