Visitor Announcement

The Armed Forces Memorial, and its immediate surroundings, will be closed to visitors from 10am on Friday 8 August to 5pm on Sunday 17 August to allow us to prepare to host the national VJ Day 80 commemorations. The rest of the Arboretum's 150-acres will remain open to visitors as normal. We are sorry for any inconvenience this might cause and appreciate your understanding during this time.

Over 250,000 people in the UK need personal assistance to use the toilet or change continence products, including people with profound and multiple learning disabilities, spinal injuries and people living with stroke.

 

Changing Places toilets are larger facilities that have the right space and equipment to enable people who need assistance, to use the toilet safely, comfortably and with dignity.

How To Access Our Changing Places Toilet

Our Changing Places Toilet is located in our Remembrance Centre, with level access, and can be accessed by a RADAR toilet key. You can borrow a key at the Welcome Desk if you haven’t got one of your own.

For those that wish to visit us just to make use of the Changing Places facility we are very happy to offer free parking for your visit, please mention that you wish to use Changing Places and our car park team will direct you to a convenient parking place.  You are, of course, very welcome to use our Restaurant and Shop during your time with us.
