Learning Activity Days

Due to localised flooding, some of the Arboretum site is inaccessible today, including the Stick Man trail, Shot at Dawn and the river path.  The Armed Forces Memorial and Far Eastern Area are open. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Our programme of free Activity Days run throughout the year.

 

These full day workshops, hosted at the Arboretum, allow students to explore topical themes alongside the Arboretum grounds and memorials.

To celebrate the The UK's first memorial for lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender armed-forces personnel, we will be running a day exploring themes around the design and concept of the memorial, the themes behind it and reflections on lived experiences.
