Armistice Day

On Monday 11 November an annual Armistice Day Service of Remembrance will be held at the Arboretum.  

Our Armistice Day service will be held on the Armed Forces Memorial. Applications for tickets to attend the service have now closed.

For those without tickets, the service will be relayed on a large screen in Heroes' Square. Order of service will be available from the Remembrance Centre for those wishing to participate in the service.

Parading on Armistice Day
We welcome visitors, including currently serving military personnel, veterans groups, uniformed youth organisations and individuals from any of the aforementioned to participate in our parade. Visitors who wish to join our parade on Armistice Day please click here to register your interest.


Food and Drink 
The Restaurant will be open from 9am – 4.30pm. Our menu includes breakfast items, until 11.30am, homemade soups, sandwiches, salads and a variety of hot dishes. If you have any special dietary requirements, please speak to a member of our team.
