The Arborealists is an international group of artists who all take inspiration from trees and natural landscapes. Inspired by the beauty and uniqueness of trees, each artist responds to nature in a distinctive and personal style. Their work is as varied as the subjects they depict, but each artist is connected by a shared love of trees.

At the corner of the National Forest, the National Memorial Arboretum is home to over 27,000 trees, including every species and specimens from around the world. Cared for by our team of arborists, the young Arboretum is growing into a forest to inspire creativity, contemplation and remembrance for generations to come.
