On Wednesday 29 March our Remembrance Centre will be closed to the general public until 12.30pm. The Coffee Shop, serving a variety of hot and cold snacks and drinks, will open at 9am. Access to the Restaurant, exhibitions and Gift Shop will be provided from 12.30pm. The Arboretum grounds and memorials will be open to the general public from 9am. Arboretum volunteers will be on hand throughout the day to provide further assistance.

The Armed Forces Memorial is now open to visitors and will remain open whilst final works take place.


Armed Forces Memorial

The Armed Forces Memorial is a nationally significant focus for Remembrance. It honours those members of the Armed Forces (Regular and Reserve) who were killed on duty while performing functions attributable to the special circumstances and requirements of the Armed Forces, or as a result of terrorist action, and those who died while deployed on designated operations.
