CONFERENCES & MEETINGS

On entering the Visitor Centre through the recently refurbished foyer and reception, the Long Gallery provides panoramic views across the site, leading out to the Cloisters and the Millennium Chapel, then to the striking Armed Forces Memorial beyond.

The Rose Room, depending upon the layout can accommodate a maximum of 100 delegates/guests. Minimum number of delegates required for this facility is 20.

The Pavilion is a 27m x 20m aluminium frame structure, capable of being divided into three separate areas or pods.  The full marquee is available for hire, as well as individual pods, or a combination of pods.  Each pod is furnished with carpet, lining and swags, and 10 5’ round tables and 100 chairs.  Be aware that the marquee may be hired by more than one client and there may be some background noise from adjoining pods.
