The agreed date will be held for you provisionally until you complete a Group Booking Form or - for group packages – submit payment in full along with a completed booking form.

As soon as we’ve processed your booking we’ll send you confirmation.

Please let us know before your visit if you need wheelchairs or motorised scooters, pre-ordered Picnic Packs or any of our publications. We’ll be delighted to supply these, subject to availability.

Please also let us know if your group has any special requirements. 

There is a large designated area for coach parking. Coach operators should always confirm their arrival times with the Arboretum beforehand on 01283 792 333.

The Arboretum's car park is hard-standing with a dropping-off point outside the Visitor Centre and there is also an overflow car park further down Croxall Road. Coach parking is free and drivers are issued with a voucher to spend on the day, either in the Arbour Restaurant or our Gift Shop.

Visitors arriving independently by car should be aware that a car parking charge applies.

On special event days, when large numbers of visitors are expected, the overflow car park may be the primary parking space for visitors. Advance notice of this will be posted on this website wherever possible. Coach drivers may be required to drop off their passengers and return to the site later in the day.
