• pre-ordered "Picnic Packs"
• pre-booked group package
• publications in advance of your visit

This is the time to let us know if your group has any special requirements.

The agreed date will be provisionally held for you until you complete a booking form - or for group packages, payment in full along with a completed booking form. Once we have processed your booking confirmation will be sent to you.

INFORMATION:
There is a large designated area for car and coach parking. Coach operators should always confirm their arrival times with the Arboretum on 01283 792 333 to avoid disappointment.

The Arboretum's car park is hard standing with a dropping off point outside the Visitor Centre. Coach parking is free and drivers are issued with a voucher to spend on the day either in the Arbour Restaurant or Gift Shop. Visitors arriving independently by car should be aware that a car parking charge applies.

On special event days when large visitor numbers are expected, a Park & Ride service may be in operation. Whenever possible, advance notice of this will be posted on this website. Coach drivers may be required to drop off their passengers and return to site later in the day.
