In order to prioritise the safety and wellbeing of our visitors and team members, there is a limited capacity on site, booking will be required, queuing systems, and one way pathways through the Remembrance Centre and Heroes’ Square. Additional measures are in place, including hygiene screens and extra cleaning. The Shop and Restaurant, serving a variety of takeaway snacks and drinks, are open. Daily activities, including guided walks, talks and the land train will not take place until further notice. Toilet facilities in the Remembrance Centre will be open.

Bookings must be made on line and only visitors pre-booking a vehicle will be granted access to site. Further information and details on how to book can be found here.

We offer fully accessible baby change facilities. Please note that children's bikes, scooters and roller blades are not allowed in the Arboretum grounds.
