ARBORETUM TO HOST JANUARY CLEAR OUT TABLE TOP SALE
Date: 12 January 2012
The National Memorial Arboretum will hold a Table Top Sale on Sunday 15 January, from 10.00am to 3.00pm, in the Rose Room. Start the New Year by clearing out your cupboards to sell on those unwanted gifts and other nearly new items.
|
Entry to the sale (and the Arboretum) is free, but those wishing to sell items must book a table in advance due to limited space. For just £10 per table (6' trestle), participants can sell items of their choice - such as bric-a-brac, crafts, books and CDs or unwanted Christmas presents - in the comfort of the Arboretum's Visitor Centre. The Arboretum, which is part of The Royal British Legion family of charities, has its own area dedicated to selling new and nearly new items, including jigsaw puzzles, handicrafts and cards, which is an off- shoot of Knick-Knacks, its popular outdoor fundraising bric-a-brac shop. Please note that a reduced car parking charge of just £1.50 is operating from January until the end of March 2012.
