The Founders' Room

With modern AV facilities and access to Heroes' Square, the Founders' Room is perfect for small to medium meetings, presentations and networking events. Maximum 80 delegates.

Day Delegate Package - £30.00 per delegate
Includes a dedicated event coordinator, room hire, water on tables, three servings of tea and coffee throughout the day, working lunch, wifi access, car parking, notepads, flipchart and pens. Minimum of 30 delegates. If your group is smaller than 30, please contact us for a bespoke package.

The Pavilion Marquee

Ideal for both formal and informal receptions, the Pavilion Marquee is a blank canvas waiting to be personalised for your event. With three separate sections, the marquee features its own banqueting kitchen and bar, and windows overlooking the Arboretum.

The Remembrance Centre

Restaurant Hire - £POA

Newly built in 2016, the restaurant overlooks Heroes' Square and the wider Arboretum. With flexible furniture, the space can be tailored to your event needs, including standing drinks receptions, presentations, awards dinners and banquets. Evenings only.

Aspects 

Opening in autumn 2018, this exciting new event building will feature stunning Arboretum views combined with contemporary, flexible spaces for up to 500 people. The largest suite has six configurations, so it's perfect for medium-sized meetings through to large banquets and conferences.
