A Spotlight On: Sir Percy 'Hobo' Hobart and his 'Funnies'

This is the story of the 79th Armoured Division’s specialist armoured vehicles, nicknamed the “funnies”.

Conceived by Major General Sir Percy Hobart, the visionary man behind their creation, this Spotlight On Talk explores his role in the D-Day Landings and the invaluable support these vehicles provided in D-Day and beyond.
