A Spotlight On: Birding with a Camera

Join us for an insight into Bird Watching and Photography, from taking photographs to help identify birds whilst out in the field to producing award winning images.

This talk will be conducted by Tony Slater, one of the leaders of our monthly Bird Watching for Beginners group.

Tony Slater's interest in birds started at a very young age when he was shown a Skylark nest by his Granddad. Later, he was given a camera as a birthday present and developed his camera skills over a number of years. The advent of Digital photography gave him the opportunity to combine the two things he really enjoyed doing and he is a proud member of two local camera clubs and leads Bird Watching Walks.
