The National Forest Way 75 is the first point to point ultra marathon of its kind, covering the length of The National Forest.
The 75 mile part self-navigation route starts at the Arboretum, and finishes at Beacon Hill in Leicestershire. Participants can take part in this challenge event as solo runners, in pairs or in teams of four.
The National Forest Way, a 75-mile walking trail, was created in partnership by the National Forest Company, Derbyshire County Council, Leicestershire County Council and Staffordshire Country Council. Divided into twelve stages, the trail is designed to showcase the best of the National Forest. The route begins (or ends) at the National Memorial Arboretum.
