Armistice Day

Our annual outdoor Armistice Day service will be held on Saturday 11 November.

Applications, for a limited number of tickets, to attend the Armistice Day service held on the Armed Forces Memorial will open to the general public on Monday 4 September.

The Armistice Day service will also be shown on a large screen in Heroes' Square, close to the Remembrance Centre. Orders of service will also be available in this area for visitors wishing to follow the service.

Our grounds will be open to the general public throughout the day from 9am until dusk. The Armed Forces Memorial will be closed to non ticket holders and the general public from 9am until approximately 1pm.

The daily act of Remembrance, held in the Millennium Chapel at 11am, will not take place on Armistice Day. The afternoon Welcome Talk, without silence, will take place at 2pm in the Millennium Chapel.
