Our annual outdoor Armistice Day service will be held on Saturday 11 November.
A limited number of tickets, to watch the service on the Armed Forces Memorial, are available on a first-come-first-served basis. Please note applications for this years tickets have now closed. In the event that more tickets do become available, you can join our reserves list. The Arboretum reserves the right to close ticket applications without prior notice and to refuse admission to ticket holders if deemed necessary.
The Armistice Day service will also be shown on a large screen in Heroes' Square, close to the Remembrance Centre. Orders of service will also be available in this area for visitors wishing to follow the service.
Our grounds will be open to the general public throughout the day from 8am until dusk. The Armed Forces Memorial will be closed to non ticket holders and the general public from 8am until approximately 1pm.
The daily act of Remembrance, held in the Millennium Chapel at 11am, will not take place on Armistice Day. The afternoon Welcome Talk, without silence, will take place at 2pm in the Millennium Chapel.Read more
