New Remembrance Centre

Our new Remembrance Centre is now open. Featuring three new exhibition galleries, larger restaurant and shop, separate coffee shop and a beautiful cloistered courtyard with garden, the new centre will transform the experience of our many visitors.

At the heart of our new Remembrance Centre is a fascinating, interactive exhibition 'Landscapes of Life' providing a preview of the Arboretum and an introduction to the concept of Remembrance and why it is an important human need spanning thousands of years.

With fully immersive audio visual displays, hands-on interactives, artistic interpretation and the opportunity for visitors to share their experiences, it's the perfect start to a visit here.

A beautiful outdoor area, Heroes’ Square and The Boyes Garden, frame the views of the Arboretum from the building and provide a calming and dignified entrance into the grounds. Heroes’ Square features many engraved paving stones representing the three Armed Services and many Livery Companies who have contributed to the appeal.
